I used to go to the green garage location off of nicollet and always had a great experience, this location did not let me down either. He walked me through a list of potential issues to help me make an educated decision on how to move forward on my needed repairs. Please keep these guys in business and let them do work for you! 👌

This place was fantastic. We were leaving town to head home to St. Louis and had a tire issue at 4:00PM. I couldn't even get another shop to answer the phone. They picked up, got me right in and we were on the road in an hour. Fantastic service that saved us from being on the side of the road later in the night. If you live in the area I would highly recommend them!

Just went in today for a oil change and it was reasonably priced. This is the only location I go to now, Terry and his team are honest and really care about their customers. He fixed my door when no one else would. The atmosphere is like family! I'll always recommend this very location. 😊

I loved my experience here. It was amazing and they took really good care of me. I recommend them if you want the job done and a good conversation and they are the guys. La la loved it all smiles when it was all done.

Initially brought vehicle in for front brakes/caliper replacement, after discussing with Terry he noted a coolant leak, after rcently having cooling system replaced at a different shop. Terry help facilitate between here and the original installers and replaced my cooling pipe fast and with a reasonable price (the original shop even refunded me for this cooling pipe). Later had electronic throttle body needing replacement and was able to get it in and replaced in one day for a good price. This is the only shop I bring my car to now.

Best auto repair shop ever. They offer services at a very reasonable price, are honest with their work, do their work with great care, and highly value their customers. Terry was so kind and helpful as we figured out what's up with my car. Won't take my car to any other auto repair shop in the Twin Cities - these folks are it! Highly recommend!!!

I'll be fully honest, I'm extremely skeptical of getting anything done at a mechanic. I've been ripped off too many times, being told to do extra things that I know I don't need to focus on for quite a while, where I don't tend to have much cash to spare. Recently, I had an issue where I finally admitted that I had to bring it in to have someone else check it outwho obviously knows more than I do. Nelson's was the first place i could find who could take me in quickly with the age of the car that I have. I was connected with Terry, who presented me with an extensive list of issues that would require attention. This immediately set off all of the alarms in my head. But no, I was mistaken. I had a few conversations over the phone with Terry, who I explained my situation to. Terry was extremely understanding, and went above and beyond to make me feel valued and what solutions best fit my situation. He explained which parts specifically need the most attention, and the order of which I should take care of them. He lifted the car and even pointed every part out for me and told me how I should do the repair myself if I wanted to. He offered so much help and I plan on returning here for whenever I need help on my car.

I brought my Subaru here to get a diagnosis and they were just great. I really appreciated the patience and kindness of the shop staff. Seriously, after finding out I need a new transmission they didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. I’m a doc student and have 0 extra dollars to my name, made my situation a little brighter. Will definitely bring my car back to get the work done.
